Amy Schultz is the author of Not Today, Daughter: A Healing Testimony of Miracles, Surrender, and God Who Was Always Close. Her first book grew from years of journals documenting prayer, healing, dreams, relationships, grief, spiritual growth, and the everyday details through which she learned to recognize God's faithfulness. In April 2025, that journey was tested through two spontaneous coronary artery dissection heart attacks six days apart, followed by emergency double-bypass surgery. The title comes from three words Amy received in the second ambulance after asking God whether that was the day she would see Him face to face: "Not today, Daughter." Her purpose in sharing the testimony is not to center her survival story, but to point readers to Christ Jesus and encourage them to recognize and tell of His faithfulness in their own lives.
